Moved out of Germany and still receiving invoice 4 months later.
I have already asked Telekom to cancel both my mobile and home internet contracts. I no longer live in Germany and it’s has been over 3 months since I’ve asked them to cancel the contracts. Why am I still receiving invoices?

According to TKG (telecommunications bill), termination of contracts after moving is at three months' notice.
What does it say in the conformation you received after notifying Telekom about your plans to move away from Germany?

Why do PPL often think just moving out of Country allows them to immed. cancel all their Contracts?
You have to follow specific Rules to get out of a Contract in EVERY Country, also taking care of it AFTER you moved out of Country is also Contraproductive and will make things even worse.

Maybe that was done in a way that fulfills all requirements, then you should have received a confirmation - possibly to the old street address, but also possibly to the email address that is stored in your customer data. Then it is normal that you receive three or four further invoices, as the contracts are terminated within the rules of German telecommunication law (i.e. at least three further months), rather than to terminate the contracts immediately.
But if there is no confirmation then it is also possible, that the invoices will continue, because e.g. you were missing out on sending a prove of your move abroad.

You're confound something. You are exempt from the regular minimum contract period what have a 3-month notice period, that's correct. But from receipt of the notice of termination due to moving abroad, you will receive a special notice of termination in 3 months. Do you understand what I mean? Actually, your contract would have lasted until january 2022. But you sent the notice in April and are therefore allowed out in July. Please take a closer look at your bills. There you will find all informations you need. You do not have to be a German citizen to conclude a contract according to German guidelines and regulations, right? However, you have to adhere to it just like everyone else. If not …What happens then? The debt collection company will find you and send you the invoice by post. However, processing fees still apply.
With all of this, it doesn't matter whether you were able to use the power or not. You signed all of these conditions when you signed the contract.

Again, please send me the exact breakdown of the amount you say I owe. My invoices don’t match your amount.

There are the last two invoices plus 8 euros (2 x 4 euros) return debit costs. Hence the difference.
