Hello I would like to request for a refund, i came earlier today in telekom shop and i requested for the 100 € esim (prepaid tarrif for 1 year with 20gb per month), but instead they gave me a 100€ prepaid load (2 50€ load).
I ask for a refund since this is their mistake but unfortunately they mentioned they cannot do a refund and I need to buy the esim first for another 100€ then they will top up the 100€ load instead. This option is not good for me as this is their mistake and I cannot buy again for 100€. Please help me
