I ordered a prepaid mobile contract with number porting. I already received a letter and an email from my current provider that my number is released. Still, my order status on Magenta app says "In progress." The Telekom order still isn't moving forward.

Could a staff member please check whether the request for number porting was received correctly and what is still blocking the activation?
