I do not need further information. But I assume that possibly you need extra information. Via the forum at that stage nobody has any idea who you are. If  you want a Telekom teamie to take any action then you better fill your forum profile, also stating the times when a teamie might call you.

Upon cancellation of a prepaid account, the remaining balance can be refunded:
