phone signal weak

Hello,
we switched to this phone service after moving to Hauptstuhlarea Since I have been here my phone has consistently had 5G full bars or full bars and LTE . However the last two days I have barley had a signal. The phone is almost unusable unless I drive closer to the Ramstein area. Is there anyway to tell if the local tower is not functioning? Thank you for your time.

Welcome to the community, @Gwatwell .
I just checked and the tech team is on site right now.
Many improvements were made to the transmitters in Ramstein and the surrounding area over the next 6 months.
New frequencies are added. Therefore, there may be small restrictions from time to time.
But that shouldn't last long and be over quickly.
The mobile network is expected to be much better than before in the summer.
