Hello everyone,
we live in a rural arena in northern Germany and the nearest Deutsche Telekom mobile mast (BTS) is less than about 1 km away. Nevertheless, the signal strength on our smartphones is extremely poor – we usually have only 1 bar or nothing. Yes, we do use Wi-Fi Calling while at home, but outside you can forget about calls. The tower is called "Pampow Funkturm".
Does anyone know/where to place a complaint about it?
We would really appreciate any advice or, if a Telekom employee is reading this, could a technician take a look at this case.
