Poor mobile signal

Dear ladies and gents,
I will write this post in english as my german is still limited. I live in 78073 Bad Dürrheim, since 13.09.2021 a Telekom internet customer and since 13.07.2022 MagentaEins customer. Honestly I am very happy, especially with 5G in the majority areas. I have the luck of living and working on the same street (literally 240 m). I have only one problem: i have 1 bar or no signal in this area (which I spend most of my time: home and work). If I walk further to the town centre (550 m) I get LTE which is ok and further 5G . I am not pretending to have 5G everywhere, but that would be great if you would have a look and find a solution or at least tell me what’s wrong. FYI: I am using an iPhone 12 pro 256GB and just waiting for the succsesful “Portierung” of my wifes number so I can add her also. Please help me!

My private guess:
Unless Telekom is already working on this issue there will most probably not be a short term solution - rather best case a mid term solution.
Looking into the case by a Telekom Teamie will most probably only reveal the status.
However what I recommend you to do is to activate phone calls via WLAN - in order that at least at home you can phone with your existing mobile contract, via the WLAN at home.
In my German language iPhone:
Einstellungen -> Telefon -> WLAN-Anrufe -> (select the SIM) -> WLAN-Anrufe auf iPhone

I didn’t know that. Thank you for the info. I was concerned if my daughter’s school would call me for an emergency and I would have not been raechable. I’ll try it on Monday though. Great community here. Wish you a nice weekend!

adding to the help already provided by the previous respondents, I just wanted to mention, that Telekom offers an interactive coverage map for its cellular and landline network, in case you haven't found that yet. There you can check coverage for the specific addresses in question. The map can be found here (unfortunately only in German):

Looking at the general postcode and locality you provided, I can see where there might be issues with bad reception.
I hope for you, that the situation can be improved in a near future!

I hope you had a wonderful summer. I am now back home and I was wondering when can we speak. It would be great after 17.00 from Mo-Thu or after 15.30 on Fri as I have no signal at my office and at home I can use wlan call. Thanks in advance and wish you a good evening.
