Mobile roaming for Poland trip

Hello,

I am subscribed to 34.99 Euro/month mobile plan. I have an upcoming Poland trip. During my last trip to Poland, my mobile signal and data were not activated. How can I ensure to have signal & data while roaming in Poland? Will this result in additional costs?

      Poland is EU, so no extra costs in Roaming.

       

      Have you actiivated Roaming in options of your phone or other used device?

      Hi Carolin, I continued facing problems outside Germany. I am now in Netherlands and my Telekom service is not active. Please help. Roaming is enabled.

      If roaming is enabled in your contract then the primary suspect for such a problem is the setting in the phone - is the setting that the phone can change the network automatically? Or have you manually selected the Telekom network, and the phone sticks to this choice also abroad?

      As discussed, there was probably only one setting missing that was not adopted after the changeover. But now everything will work. Please keep me updated.  Überglücklich
