Wie hoch sind bei T-Mobile die Portierungskosten für die Übernahme der Rufnummer aus einem Prepaid Tarif?

Und wie kann ich weniger als 5 € als Guthaben nachladen, wenn die Karte zur Telefonie vom Handy schon gesperrt wurde?
