Porting request from O2 Prepaid to existing Telekom contract (Nachträgliche Rufnummernmitnahme)

Hello Telekom Support Team,
I recently started a new contract with Telekom in Berlin and I am already using my new eSIM with a temporary number. I would like to move my previous phone number from O2 Prepaid to this existing Telekom contract.
Status update:
I have already successfully set the "Opt-in" (release) with O2.
My personal details (Name/DOB) match on both accounts.
I have updated my Telekom hilft profile with my customer ID and current contact details so you can identify my account safely.
Could you please trigger the porting process (Nachträgliche Rufnummernmitnahme) for me? Please let me know if you need any further details about my old O2 number via a private message or if you can see it in my profile.

You'll have to ask Telekom about that.

My Telekom eSIM is already active with a temporary number. Could you please re-trigger the porting request (erneute Portierungsanfrage) now that the O2 release is definitely active?

As already mentioned, it is not possible to port a mobile phone number to Telekom retrospectively.

Sadly that is not possible. A porting needs to be ordered with the new contract.
We can't transfer the number you want to port to an existing number.
