Problem mit Datengeschenk

Hallo, die Telekom schickt mir zwar immer Nachrichten, dass ich ein Datengeschenk bekomme, in meiner MeinMagenta-App gibt es aber keine Möglichkeit, das Geschenk zu laden  Den von  der Telekom geschilderten Weg habe ich eingehalten  Ich habe den Magenta Mobil Prepaid 1. Gen. Woran kann es liegen, dass ich scheitere?

    hast du es versucht im Kundencenter auf unserer Homepage zu buchen?

    Falls es dort auch nicht geht, befülle bitte dein Kundenprofil und gib mir kurz Bescheid. Ich schaue mir dann genauer an.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
