Warum ist das Roaming in Puerto Rico mit Prepaid nicht möglich. Puerto Rico gehört zur Ländergruppe 2, also am Preis kann es nicht liegen. 
Gibt es noch weitere Länder wo das Roaming mit Prepaid nicht funktioniert?
