Question on te monthly tarif for prepaid card S

Hallo,
I have the Magenta prepaid card S for with the 1 Gb tarif monthly (4.95 euros). I am leaving Germany definitively and may come back from time to time. However, I would like to keep my cell phone number with me to use it in Europe when I come back. For this, I would like to change the monthly tarif. When I top up 15 euros with the app, it will still charge me every month. Can I charge internet just when I am in Germany without paying monthly?

Yes, you can do that.
But also keep in mind that you can currently receive a cancellation SMS after 15 months without charging.
Therefore, pay attention and top up your credit every 15 months.
Means the number remains even if there is no credit.
However, the prepaid tariff cannot be booked and remain active without credit.

If you're at least once a year in Germany I guess this should be no issue.
Side note: If you top up the tariff is active again but you will be only charged from the day on sufficient funds are in the account. There won't be any charge for the time before.
