Question about order Pre-Paid SIM card

Hello Telekom team,

I ordered a prepaid card with the request to transfer my old phone number, but I was advised to contact my previous provider.

Since it was extremely difficult to communicate with them, I decided to give up.

After that, I placed a new order for a prepaid card, which shows as “Order completed” on 04.09.

Could you please cancel the first prepaid order (I haven't paid this one yet) and let me know when I will receive my new SIM card?

      you should receive the SIM card a few days after completing the video ident.

      Did you complete it?
