Hallo, ich habe mein Samsung vor ca 15Mon. bei der Telecom gekauft. Jetzt hat es zeitweise viele "Aufhänger" und der Akku ist defekt.(Morgens geladen und kurze Zeit später leer).

Fällt das noch unter die Garantie und wenn ja, wie gehe ich vor?
