So my connection was blocked because I was on TDY and I guess it never went on auto pay I paid it a week ago and I still have no service

Just to make sure we are not talking past each other: we have sent the SIM card to the postal address that is stored in our system , @Thatguyrichyyy .
Have you moved in the meantime, or are you currently staying at a different address? If so, we are unfortunately unable to assist further, as we cannot send the SIM card to an address that differs from the one on record.
In that case, please bring a valid ID document and your registration certificate and visit one of our local shops. The team there will be able to issue a new replacement SIM for you.
Unfortunately, we cannot proceed any further via this channel. 😭

@Carolin L. im tdy right now it’s not possible for me to go in to a store right now I was told it can be done through sms and you’re saying I can’t why should I pay for service I can not use.

My colleague tried the alternative approach, but unfortunately it didn’t work. As a result, he sent the QR code to your home address via express delivery. We don’t have any other option available.
Is there someone at your home address who could open the mail and send you a photo of the QR code by email?
