Also ich muss jetzt erstmal meinen Ärger Luft machen... Was ist denn bitte mit eurem Kundenservice los? 

Zum wiederholten mal wertvolle Lebenszeit an die Telekom-Hotline verschwendet.... Warteschlange des Todes und dann Abbruch mit einer Bandansage das ich mein Problem bitte im Self-Service-Portal lösen soll? Wozu dann die Warteschlange?

schreibt ihr selbst, man soll sich bzgl. einer SIM Sperrung telefonisch an den Kundeservice (0800 3 302202) wenden und dann wird man mit einer Self-Service Bandansage abgespeist ohne überhaupt das bestehende Problem erläutert zu haben?

Eins ist sicher, sollte ich es jemals schaffen die SIM vom gestohlenen Handy sperren zu lassen, ist die Telekom sicherlich nicht der Anbieter der nächsten SIM....

 

Würdet Ihr mir jetzt bitte einen Weg aufzeigen, wie ich eine gestohlene SIM-Karte sperren kann, wenn es für diese keinen Telekom-Kundencenter Account gibt? Vielen Dank..

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
