Sim card doesn't work

I am so sorry for writing in English as I am only learning German.

 

I have a next problem. My sim card no longer works after moving from the old mobile phone to the new one. It said, "Only for emergency calls". I used a helper from Samsung to migrate on the new phone and maybe it affected the sim card.

 

I can't get any SMS or call.

 

It doesn't work even on the old phone, shows the same info.

 

Maybe it required activating a SIM card again?

 

I didn't create a Telekom login previously and now I can't do that as I can't get SMS with the code.

 

Could you help me please?

    Hello @AleksArk ,

     

    Yes, that sounds like you need a new SIM card. No need to apologize, it's perfectly fine to speak/write in English. 

     

    It usually works like this, but since you don't have access to the phone and SMS TAN, you will need to order it through here. Fröhlich

     

    In which time frame are you available for a call?

    DHL tracking shows that the sim had to come yesterday, but I don't see it in my post-case.

     

    Could you send a new one or should I wait till the end of Monday?

    I'm very happy that everything is working again now. Did you know that you can now order an additional card that has the same services as your contract, but only costs 19.95 euros per month? If you want to add a third or fourth number, each additional number only costs 9.95 euros per month. What do you think of the offer? Are you interested? Überglücklich
