Sim Karte Aktivieren

Hallo, 

Gestern bekam ich 2 Sim Karten, eine Hauptkarte und eine für meine knapp 6 jährige Tochter. 

Meine Karte war in Sekunden freigeschaltet, die von meiner Tochter nach fast 27 Stunden immer noch nicht. 

Im Kundencenter kann ich die nicht freischalten, da diese nicht im Center hinterlegt ist. 

Eine Rufnummer dazu habe ich auch nicht,  da ich weder in der Email noch in der Lieferung eine Nummer zu der Karte vorhanden war.

 

Vielleicht weiß ja jemand was.

    Gerne helfe ich weiter. Wie sieht es zwischenzeitlich aus, ist die Karte frei geschaltet?

    Bitte trage noch eine Rückrufnummer in deinem Profil ein, damit wir diesbezüglich

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator


We, Telekom Deutschland GmbH, use the Utiq technology for digital marketing or analytics (as described on this consent notice) based on your browsing activity across our websites, listed here (only if you are using a supported internet connection provided by a participating telecom operator and consent on each website).
