Speedstick LTE V problem Mac OS 10.13

Hello,
I have just bought a speedstick LTE V however, when I installed internet manager, I see a message as called device couldn't find. I tried to download from huawei mobile partner however, it did not work. Should I add an apn or something or what is the solution to use this stick in mac os 10.13?

Thank you. I have managed to work it without any other program. I have disabled csrutil and installed the internet manager, which come with the stick, then the problem is gone. Afterwards I enabled csrutil again and again it works.

it sounds like the Speedtsick LTE V with Mac OS 10.13 actually works well?
