Suche dringend 2FF 3,3 V Karte

Ich habe den 7er BMW bj.2001 übernommen und das Autotelefon nimmt nur 2FF Sim-Karten aber das Problem er braucht 3,3V wer bietet das noch an ? Wenn ich es richtig gehört habe muss es sogar D1 oder ein D2 Netz sein aber Vodafone produziert keine 3V Karten mehr. Ich weiß nicht ob Telekom noch 3V Karten anbietet
