Tarifwechsel Magenta Mobil S zu M FLEX

Guten Abend,

 

Derzeit nutze ich den Magenta Mobil S als SIM-only Vertrag ohne Endgerät.

Ich möchte gerne einen Tarifwechsel in den Magenta M durchführen, allerdings nur in der neuen flex Variante, die ja jetzt angeboten wird.

 

Leider wird mir im Kundencenter immer nur der Tarifwechsel in den normalen M-Tarif angeboten.

      Dann erhältst du in wenigen Minuten nochmal eine E-Mail von mir bzgl. der Legitimation und dann können wir ja nochmal telefonieren bzw. uns austauschen.
