Dann wird der TCL Server down sein.
My TCL Connect app wont load or not working properly (loading error / server error / connection error / Screen Freeze / Ping Problem). There are few situations that may cause the load issue in mobile apps. The TCL Connect app server may be down and that is causing the loading issue. Please try after few minutes. Your wifi / mobile data connection not working properly. Please check your data connection. Too many users using the app at same time. Please try after few minutes.

Wird bestimmt der Server down sein, wie @mann-ohh-mann bereits vermutet.
Ist ja nicht das erste mal, das das vorkommt. Kommt aber selten vor.
Einfach mal ein paar Stunden warten, eventuell auch mal 1-2 Tage.

... und ggf. mal darüber nachdenken, ob das Thema Sicherheit, wenn das der Grund für den Erwerb war, durch diese Lösung auch wirklich ausreichend abgedeckt ist.

Seit 2 Jahren lief alles top. Seit ein paar Tagen aktualisiert sich der Standort nur zeitverzögert und nun geht eben nichts mehr.
