Telekom stuck on EDGE since yesterday (Iphone 12 mini - ios 15)

Hi my Telekom card is stuck on EDGE ever since the major issue happened yesterday 22.02.2022 on the Telekom network. How do I fix it to work with LTE / 5G again on an iphone 12 Mini (ios 15)?

    thanks for your writing and welcome to our community.

     

    Due to your discription it seems that the network switched from LTE / 5G to 2G only.

    Please check your settings in your iPhone: Settings -> mobile network -> data options -> language & data -> tag LTE / 5G only here.

     

    Is this already active, please try this one:

    Start the flight mode. Restart your iPhone. Wait until it's fully restarted. Then deselect the flight mode again and wait until it's connected to the mobile network again.
