Internet not working since yesterday

My WiFi is not working since yesterday. I have a Speedport Smart series and the LED light is yellow and keeps blinking. I have tried to restart the router multiple times but it’s not working. How can Telekom help me fix it?

    What you can check is whether the DSL cable is accidentially no more connected (or no more well connected) - due to e.g. cleaning work with the vacuum cleaner.
