Internet not working again!

my internet is not working since Monday. I already tried to call the English hotline but I waited for 45min and nobody answers. I tried to reset the router and nothing happen as well. 

I have only two lights turned on in the router: STATUS  and LINK

NEED TO TALK WITH SOMEONE FROM TELEOKON TO SOLVE!!

    You didn't mention thy type of your router - I assume it's a Speedport.

     

    In this forum, "customers are helping customers", therefore only the Telekom employees chan check

    your personal data - and call you back.

     

    For an easy clarification, plse complete
    under Profile Settings (“Profil”) - My Settings (“Meine Einstellungen”)
    your customer no. (“Kundennummer”) and your cellular phone number (“Rückrufnummer”)

    This data can be read only by you and the
    Telekom employees.

    So that a direct communication is much easier.

    Request for short entry as soon as your data are stored
    by means of the “Answer button” (“Antworten”).
