Vertragsverlängerung unmöglich

Liebes Magenta-Team, mein Vertrag läuft am 6. November 2025 aus, jedoch habe ich bis heute keine Option auf Verlängerung. Ich habe und hatte noch nie offene Rechnungen. Der Grund dafür ist mir schleierhaft. Ich bitte um Problemlösung.

      Verlängern kannst du nur noch einen Monat vorher. Musst Geduld haben bis Oktober.
