Hallo,

ich habe gestern nach einer Kündigung mein Vertrag verlängert und geändert sowie ein neues Endgerät bestellt . Ich kann es weder in meinem Kunden Konto sehen noch habe ich eine Mail mit der Bestätigung bekommen . Ist mein Vertrag jetzt hinfällig mit den Konditionen ?
