Es gab hier schon Fälle, in denen vergessen wurde, VoLTE für eine SIM zu aktivieren. Hat VoLTE mit dieser SIM schonmal in einem anderen Gerät funktioniert?

Ich bin mir relativ sicher, dass es schon einmal funktioniert hat, kann es aber auch nochmal testen wenn es hilft.

Hey @user_1d2fa1 ich habe so eben versucht Sie zu erreichen, doch leider nichts hören können.
Wann darf ich es erneut probieren?
Sonst können wir uns erst einmal so auf die Suche machen.
Im Smartphone selbst finden Sie den Punkt VoLTE unter den Einstellungen?
Dies ruhig nochmal deaktivieren dann wieder aktivieren und das Smartphone neu starten.
