Im Sinne von "aktuellen congstar Vertrag vorzeitig beenden und dafür Telekom Tarif" geht das nicht.
Im Sinne von "congstar Vertrag läuft weiter aber Rufnummer wird portiert auf eine zweite SIM im Telekom Tarif FamilyCard" geht das auch nur falls Du den congstar Vertrag zuvor übernehmen kannst.
