Hallo,

ist aktuell ein Wechsel als Bestandskunde möglich? Ich würde gern vom alten Prepaid M mit 13 GB in den neuen Prepaid M mit 15 GB wechseln. Laut Internet findet man unterschiedliche Aussagen. In der Magenta App wird die neue Generation nicht angeboten.

Im letzten Jahr hat dies problemlos (bei der Einführung der neuen Generation) funktioniert. Warum dieses Mal nicht?
