Ist es richtig, dass ich vom Smart Connect S in keinen anderen Tarif wechseln kann (außer anderen Smart Connect-Tarif)? weder über die Hotline, noch über die App oder www.telekom.de ist dies möglich. Mitarbeiterin an der Hotline konnte keine Hilfe geben.
