Hmip-psm-2 lässt sich nicht anlernen

Hallo

ich habe 2 Zwischenstecker mit Verbrauchsmessung von eQ-3 und zwar die HmIP-PSM-2. ich kann machen was ich will, ich bekomme die in der Magemta SmartHome App nicht angelernt. Ich habe alles probiert: Geräte zurückgesetzt, Zentrale neu gestartet, Router und Zentrale neu gestartet und zum Schluss die Zentrale komplett resetet. Aber nichts hat geholfen. Die Geräte werden nicht gefunden.

Kann mir da jemand helfen?
