Qivicon Home Base 1.0 Gerätepasswort wird nicht mehr erkannt

Nach einem Stromausfall kann ich die Home Base nicht mehr erreichen, auch nicht lokal mit dem auf der Rückseite des Geräts aufgedruckten Gerätepasswort. Reset habe ich ebenso versucht wie für 10min Stromlos. Was kann ich noch tun?
