Er ist definitiv nicht kompatibel und wird es auch nie werden.
Wer behauptet denn dass er kompatibel ist bzw. wo findest du die Angaben dass er kompatibel ist?

willkommen in der Telekom hilft Community!
Der Rolladenaktor HM-LC-Bl1PBU-FM nutzt das HomeMatic/ Bidcos Protokoll zur Funkübertragung.
Der Speedport Smart kann von Haus aus Dect ULE und per zusätzlichem SmartHome Funkstick für ZigBee V.2 auch das Zigbee Protokoll. Später wird es auch noch die Möglichkeit geben Homematic IP per Funkstick nachzurüsten.
Unterstützung für HomeMatic/ Bidcos ist zuzeit nicht zu erwarten.
Deshalb klappt es mit dem Aktor nicht, wie von @Has und CobraCane bereits korrekt erwähnt.
