Es ist nur eine Frage, wie es dann bezahlt wird.
Mobilfunkvertrag oder PrePaid der Telekom? Dort wäre ebenfalls eine HotSpot Flat enthalten.
Ansonsten muss ein kostenpflichtiger Pass direkt am HotSpot gekauft werden.

Dann hast du wohl den Hotspot vom Nachbarn genutzt.
Nachtrag:
Schalte temporär deinen Router aus und teste, ob du den Hotspot noch nutzen kannst.
Dann weißt du ja bescheid.
