I cant figure out my customer number, password, or add contract to my account.

Hey guys, sorry this is in english, I have been living in germany and I am learning deutsch but I cant comprehend my issues fluently yet.
So I have been living here for 2 years, and I have had service with telekom for home internet for almost two years now, Every month without fail, i get billed, they take money, and I have zero issues. But I recently moved, and while I would love to move my contract...I can not for the life of me figure out the necessary information. So, I can log into telekom just fine... the problem is, my login doesnt show any contract, or any customer number etc. I though well maybe I am using a login that I made up and isnt linked to anything. Now I receive a bill every month to my email, I guess im just really dense, but I honestly would love it if I could login, see my contract , make changes etc. not to mention move my service to my address. Guys I love it here, but this is super frustrating.
any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance
