Würde mal den PC neustarten, falls das nichts hilft über das NortonRemoval and Reinstall Toll von der Norton Seite, Norton neuinstalliern! Falls es sich um ein Sicherheitspaket der Telekom handelt, lediglich Norton mit dem genannten Tool deinstallieren und das Telekom Norton installieren!
