Norton Security Online verarbeitet keine Updates !

Hallo liebe Community,

bei mir wird in Norton Security Online 22.19.8.65 "Dieser PC ist gefährtet" angezeigt.

Wenn ich auf "jetzt beheben" klicke, wird Stunden lang nach Updates gesucht.

Nach abgeschlossener Updatesuche wird "Auf Updates prüfen -> Abgeschlossen" angezeigt,

aber bei "Updates herunterladen" und "Updates verarbeiten" steht "Nicht erforderlich".

Nach alldem bekomme ich wieder "Dieser PC ist gefährtet" angezeigt !

Was kann man da machen ?
