How do I find out which MagentaTV version I have?

Hallo,

die Anmeldung an die MagentaTV App ist nicht möglich. Es heißt ständig Login fehlgeschlagen.

Benutzernamen und Passwort hab ich schon mehrfach angefordert. Die App schon mehrfach runtergeworfen und neu aufgespielt.

Passwort ist ohne Sonderzeichen.

Ich nutze ein Apple-Gerät.
