Apps im Fernseher funktionieren nicht

Hallo, bin Neukunden seit 3 Wochen und habe das Problem, dass keine App die ich im Fernseher sSamsung 55 er Serie(sat1, pro7, Amazon, sky, ard, zdf etc) gespeichert habe  funktioniert. Keine Internet - Verbindung, obwohl der Test im Fernseher anzeigt, dass Internet verbunden ist! 

Ipad, Handy funktionieren TV App einwandfrei!

      @Sandra1406  den Fernseher neu konfigurieren. Setz die Netzwerkverbindung zurück und setzte sie neu auf.
