Hallo Telekom Team,

 

ich habe einen Philips 48PUS7600/12 TV. Im Google Play Store ist die Magenta TV App nicht verfügbar. Wie kann ich mir die App herunterladen und installieren?

 

Vorab:

1. Mit Google Konto am TV angemeldet

2.  Zwei Schritte Bestätigung aktiviert

3. TV bereits einmal auf Lieferzustand zurückgesetzt und alles neu installiert

      Dein TV dürfte dafür zu alt sein.

      Der TV hat nur Android 5.1, am Smartphone ist mindestens Android 6 Voraussetzung.
