Mit der Magenta TV App aufzeichnen

Hallochen

Habe mal die Magenta TV App installiert im Fire TV Stik.

Musste feststellen das ich dort kein Live TV sehen konnte, das gleiche Problem ist  am Laptop und Tablett.

Sehen kann ich es nur auf der Magenta TV Box.

Ich habe MagentaZuhause L - MagentaTV Basic.

Liegt das Problem am Basic Paket ? Müsste ich eventuell umsteigen auf Magenta TV Smart ?

      die hast du eigentlich bereits in deiner Umzugsbestätigung vom 03. September 2024 erhalten. Schau da einmal bitte nochmal rein 😉
