RTL+ App mit Magenta TV Account verknüpfen

Hallo !

Ich habe mir zum Testen heute Magenta TV auf meinen Samsung Smart TV geladen.

In meinem Vertrag ist RTL+ inclusive. Wollte ich mir mal ansehen.

Habe mich auch mit der gleichen E-mail registriert.

Auch die App habe ich installiert.

Möchte ich nun starten heisst es von Seiten RTL+ immer

"mit einem "Free-Abo" können sie nicht auf Smart TV schauen.

Im Kundencenter unter dem Punkt "Partnerdienste buchen" finde ich RTL+ nicht... Traurig

    Ich finde es unter Optionen -> Zugebuchte Partnerdieste -> Partnerdienste bearbeiten -> Vertrag -> Auswählen

    Guten Morgen und ooooh je... 😝 mann sollte einfach mal 24 Stunden warten. dann erscheint auch der Magenta Tarif unter Verträge komplett und nutzbar. und alles funktioniert wunderbar. wieder eine Frage der Kategorie "einfach mal n bisschen abwarten" 😄

    Das ganze RTL+ taugt eh nichts zu umständlich zu bedienen und die App meldet sich immer wieder ab bei der One obwohl man es im Preis mit drin hat.

    Besonders ältere Leute haben es schwer sich da zurecht zu finden weil es zu umständlich gestaltet ist.App RTL+ hätte sich RTL sparen können.

    Das liegt aber nicht an RTL+, sondern eher an der One und wie es dort eingebunden ist.

     

    Ich nutze einen FireTV Stick Max, dort die App für RTL+ installiert, angemeldet und topp Funktionalität, zuverlässiger als die MagentaTV-App auf dem Stick.

    Ich schaue zum Beispiel eine Serie, geht 1 Woche im Voraus und natürlich zurück über Jahre.

     

    Gilt übrigens für alles, was man dort von der RTL-Gruppe findet.

    Sehr geehrter Flow83,

    du musst als ersteinmal in die RTL+ App. Dort gehst du dann über den Knopf rechts oben zu deinem Account, wo dich dich über einen QRCode einloggen kannst, oder du gibst die angegebene Internetaddresse ein. Dort gibst du dann anschließend noch die Angezeigte Nummer ein. Schlussendlich den Tab schließen und auf dem Fernseher den "Rest" machen.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
