Ich nutze für Magenta TV sowohl mein Samsung Tablett als auch einen Google TVStick. Bei beiden Geräte wird mir nach Start der aktuellen Magenta App mitgeteilt, das mein Tarif die Magenta App 1. Gen benötigt. Ich bin erst seit Febr. 24 Kunde. Die alte App funktioniert auch, allerdings möchte ich gerne die neue App nutzen. Warum funktioniert das nicht?
