Reklamation Iphone 5s...

hallo ich habe heute mein Iphone 5S im Shop reklamiert, da sich dort das Display ablöst. Gerwährleistung läuft noch einen Monat. Nun musste ich zu Hause feststellen das als Reklamationsgrund "Gerät schaltet ab" eingetragen ist. Der Shop ist 50km entfernt und ans Telefon geht dort auch niemand!
