Voicemail (3311) oder 0171 xxxx kann nicht verbunden werden | Not able to connect Voicemail (3311) or 0171 xx

I am not able to connect to Voicemail number.  I use iPhone and visual voicemail is already activated. Moreover, unanswered calls are not forwared to Voicemailbox although setup is already done. Any solution to this problem?

 

Ich kann keine Verbindung mit der Voicemail-Nummer herstellen.  Ich verwende iPhone und visuelle Voicemail ist bereits aktiviert. Darüber hinaus werden unbeantwortete Anrufe nicht an Voicemailbox weitergeleitet, obwohl die Einrichtung bereits abgeschlossen ist. Gibt es eine Lösung für dieses Problem?

      Check network connection: Make sure your iPhone has a stable mobile connection, as voicemail services rely on the cellular network.

      Toggle Airplane Mode: Sometimes, enabling Airplane Mode for a few seconds and then disabling it can help reset the connection to the cellular network.

      Reset Voicemail settings: Go to "Settings" > "Phone" > "Voicemail" and check if your voicemail is set up correctly. You can also reset the voicemail settings and re-enter the number if necessary.

      Manually enter voicemail number: In some cases, you may need to manually configure the voicemail number. You can do this under "Settings" > "Phone" > "Voicemail." Look for an option to add or edit the voicemail number and enter the correct number.

      Restart your iPhone: A simple restart can often help resolve connection issues.

      Update carrier settings: Sometimes, updates from your carrier may fix the problem. Go to "Settings" > "General" > "About" and check if an update is available.

      @Anna K. the voicemail issue has been resolved. Initially the problem was due to the fact that this number was ported from Lebara to Telekom. Lebara used some 00 prefix (i am not sure of technical details), but Telekom team resolved it. Many thanks for your help.
