Voice messages are after time expiration automatically deleted.
The timer is 7 days if you have listened to the voicemail or 21 days if you have not listened to it

(maybe it is possible to actively save the message - but as far as I understand that does not apply to your situation)

Can you still see the message in the Telekom's Voicemail smartphone app? If so, you can email it to yourself. If not, there is no way to retrieve it AFAIK.
Good luck!
Kind regards

How to save the message automatically?
Maybe within your automatically scheduled t-online.de email backup (if you do regular backups as recommended), there is a folder "SprachBox". Give it a try - call yourself from a different phone, let the call be diverted to the voice and check whether there is a new message in the SprachBox folder.
