possible fake mahnung

My old mother received mahnung and it looks like from Telekom. But she didn't sign any contract with Telekom.
She nervous due this mistake, but probably mahnung from scammers nor from Telecom.
In this post-mail wrong name, only address and Family correct. And Herr instead of Frau
Could you advice pls is necessary to do something to stop this spam or just ignore it ?
Could you check is kundenkontro 006xxxxxxxxx3 (from this mail letter) and Verwendungszweck 16xxxxxxxx1 associated with Podyacheva ?

..wohl nicht korrekte telekom emailadresse.

it is not a first post (paper) mail list = someone send it each month or put into her post-box.
I understand it - can be anyone nor real Telecom because easy to print such paper-list and it is looks like from Telecom.
The main problem this paper looks very real, I checked values - IBAN exactly as on Telecom for mobile (
Not understand the reason of post such paper.

@Dima9 : as your mother had not sign any contract with Telekom don’t worry and delete this mail. Only in case your mother receives more spam of this kind you may think about filtering.

I sadly had to end the call since you assumed I'm a fake employee and that I signed the contract you are referring to. I will gladly help you, but I will not let myself be talked to in that manner.
I could have contacted the legal department for your case if you want to find out if someone signed a contract with your bank information but under a different name. However, in order to do this, I will have to call again and ask for your name. You can also use this form if you want.
