2-Faktor Authentifizierung deaktivieren

Bekomme durch die 2fache Authentifizierung kein externes E-Mail Programm wie Mozilla Thunderbird oder Outlook eingerichtet. Da ich nur alleine Zugriff auf meinen Rechner habe möchte ich diese doppelte Authentifizierung wieder deaktivieren.

Ist das möglich und weiß jemand die Vorgehensweise.
